Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Online Cars Coloring ("Service"), available at https://onlinecarscoloring.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Online Cars Coloring ("we", "us", or "our").

Who May Use This Service

The Service is intended for users of all ages. Users under 13 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to create an account and use premium features. By creating an account, you represent that you are either at least 13 years old or that you have obtained parental consent.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users we reasonably believe are under 13 without parental consent.

Description of Service

Online Cars Coloring is a browser-based platform that allows users to color car drawings online. The Service is available in two tiers:

• Free Plan: Access to a limited collection of car drawings, basic coloring tools, and guest or registered-user coloring sessions.
• Premium Plan: Access to every drawing in the catalog ( pages), advanced paint effects (gradient, neon, chrome, matte, pearl), HD downloads, cloud saves, private galleries, and other exclusive features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

User Accounts

To access certain features (such as saving drawings or subscribing to Premium), you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with third parties.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Free and Premium Plans

Free Plan: The Free Plan is available at no cost and provides access to a curated selection of car coloring pages and basic tools. No account is required for basic use.

Premium Plan: The Premium Plan is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features as described on our Pricing page. Premium access requires a valid account and active payment method.

We reserve the right to change the features included in each plan at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days in advance.

Payments and Billing

Premium subscriptions are processed securely through Square, our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your selected plan).

• All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• We do not store your full payment card details — these are handled exclusively by Square in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of Premium access until payment is resolved.

Purchases made through the iOS app. When you subscribe through our iOS application, payment is processed by Apple through In-App Purchase and charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same price and period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple's terms apply to these transactions.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your Dashboard → Subscription settings. Upon cancellation, you retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your initial charge and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Refunds for renewals after the initial billing period are issued at our discretion and assessed on a case-by-case basis.

App Store subscriptions. Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are managed and canceled in your Apple ID account settings on the App Store, not through our Dashboard. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies. Our 7-day guarantee above applies only to subscriptions purchased directly on our website through Square.

User Content

When you create and save colored drawings using our Service ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your creative work. By saving drawings to our platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You agree not to upload or create content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Contains obscene, hateful, or harmful material.
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our servers.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the Service without our written permission.
• Circumvent any access restrictions, including accessing Premium content without a valid subscription.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Intellectual Property

All car line-art drawings, illustrations, logos, trade names, and other content provided by Online Cars Coloring (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of Online Cars Coloring or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our drawings or platform assets without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

The coloring you apply to a drawing is your own creative work. However, the underlying line-art remains our intellectual property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Online Cars Coloring and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Online Cars Coloring and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your User Content.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where required, notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Online Cars Coloring is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
